Hi guys, 24 days ago someone paid me via PayPal through eBay and still yet they haven’t let my funds go. I’m a new seller so I understand to why I don’t receive them instantly, they’re also asking for a receipt from supplier in which I don’t have because I threw it away. How do I go about getting this fixed?

I have exactly the same topic.  Funds on hold, I did contact he helpdesk and they promised the release the funds after they could verify via the track and trace the package was delivered. Now 21 days after the payment it is still on hold. No answers on my mail requests via support and the helpdesk can't reached by phone anymore. Anybody suggestions? Almost seems like a scam.
