Hi, I'm trying to withdraw my earnings from UpWork to my PayPal account but an attempt was failed twice. I have received the latter form Upwork wich noticed me that my withdrawal was refused due to:
The reason for returned funds: Unable to apply funds.
In UpWork support, told me that problem is on the PayPal site:
Upon checking, our tools were not able to get more details about the rejection.
No worries, to learn more about the cause of this, kindly contact PayPal support and you can be confident that their tools will be able to see the exact cause of this issue and from there, they can assist you in rectifying this ASAP.
