Getting RECEIVING_LIMIT_EXCEEDED

Hi All, Its been more than a month and all of my client getting error message " We cant complete this transaction.The recipient has exceeded the receiving limit and must provide more information to raise the limit." Although my account is 2 years old never face such issue and its been long time i had completed KYC and I have submitted documents again but still facing the issue.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account issues.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Customer support are  just robot they give the same answer all the time.
