I am attempting purchase a monthly sub to Youtube Premium and despite being able to login and verify to Paypal fine, when I hit the Buy button it fails with the following notification: "Something's not right right with your address. Go to paypal.com to update it [OR-CPRT-07]" .I have tried this on multiple browsers, I have ensured my email addresses are consistent on both providers, I have a healthy balance in Paypal, Paypal is not reporting any issues with my account and this is getting very frustrating.
Youtube is blaming Paypal and when I went to support the bot insisted that it is a problem with Youtube.
I have tried the GooglePlay Add Paypal but once it goes through to the Paypal side, Paypal informs me that the account is already connected to Youtube.

I have used Paypal regularly for Google payments in the past so have no idea why it is behaving ugly now.
