Didn’t receive my check from PayPal

I had $160 in my account. I had PayPal send me a check for that amount and haven’t received it. How do I go about finding where is it. The help desk is no help

Normally takes a couple of weeks but i would allow a bit longer at the moment due to covid + holidays.
