I am currently struggling to solve an issue between my Depop and Paypal account.
I have been selling on Depop for some time now with no issues - I have recently changed my email address on both accounts and since this change I have noticed that my sales on Depop are not reflected in my Paypal account. On my Depop it states that the money has been sent to my Paypal from the buyer. I have tried everything, switching my email back to my old one on both accounts, disconnecting and reconnecting my Paypal, re-dowloading the Depop app to allow for any updates, nothing seems to be working!
I have messaged Paypal but they have said that everything is set up correctly and fine from their side, and Depop have not yet replied to my query, can anyone advise on how to fix this issue?
