DIDNT RECIEVE MONEY THAT FRIEND SENT

Hi,its my first time to use paypal.Friend sent me 55$ 22 Martch at 21:41 P.M. I still didnt recieve money.Is it because of COVID-19 or i did something wrong.Please Help!

Money received into your PayPal account is placed in your PayPal balance.

If you’re receiving money from friends & family, or for goods and services, please check with the sender to ensure the money was indeed sent to you. Or, if you are expecting money from someone, but don’t see it under your PayPal balance or pending balance, it could be because:
1. The sender sent the payment to the wrong email address, spelled your email incorrectly, or entered the incorrect phone number. Please confirm with the sender the exact spelling of the email address or phone number they sent the payment to. If it was sent to the wrong one, you can add up to eight email addresses to your account. Once you confirm the email address, the payment will appear immediately.
2. The email address on your account is not yet confirmed. Any payments sent to your account will not appear in the account balance until you complete the registration process by confirming your email address.
3.You could be a victim of a scam.

Click the Settings icon next to "Log out".

1. Click on the email address you want to confirm under "Email".
2. Click Confirm this email address and we’ll send you an email with a confirmation link.
3. Click the link in the email to complete the confirmation process.
