Could not make the payment.

HI,

I was trying to make payment through paypal and the payment is not going through.

I tried to make payment through two merchants http://prntscr.com/k8uqlk and http://prntscr.com/k8uqy5
and I got the same error and I could not make the payment.

So please let me know how to resolve this issue.
