Hi, I have just tried to purchase a watch on the Olivia burton website. When I have gone through to the payment page, it has told me I can only make this purchase via PayPal. So I have set up PayPal, and a payment of £62.30 has been taken from my bank. I have then been directed back to the olivia burton website, where my order is still pending and it is now asking me to pay for the order again directly? I haven’t received any emails to say my order is confirmed for the payment PayPal have taken from me. Is there any chance I can have this looked into please, as I’m very confused?? The payment is showing on my bank as “PayPal, movadouk”
