'Completed yet not received payment

Is there an issue with PayPal at the moment? I have had 2 payments completed and also states as completed in my activity, but I have still not received the funds on both my PayPal balance where it usually should go to, or my bank account. Just wondering if anyone else is having/had this issue? Thanks!

Have you bought anything and paid for it via paypal since the payments should have gone in??

The reason i ask is that if you have funds in your paypal balance and then buy something then paypal will sometimes take from those funds rather than from your normal funding source eg bank account or card.

To check go and click on the word "details" next to any recent paypal buying transaction and see if they were funded from your paypal balance ie buyers payments rather than your normal funding source.

@kernowlass Thanks for the reply! No I haven't purchased anything via PayPal since last week, the payment for that has already left my account. However I did get in touch with PayPal support and they've noticed while the payment has been completed, the PayPal balance is in fact not showing on my account when they should, and they've escalated this to their technical team and should get an update in 24-72 hours. Thought I'd mention it in case anyone else may be having this issue
