Claiming payment late

Hello, I sold some tickets through stubhub and did not realize that I had to claim my money within 30 days. I was supposed to claim my money two days ago but it is now not in my account. Is there any way I can fix this and get my money back for the tickets that I sold?

If the payment has gone back to the buyer then they would need to pay you again.
