So I bought myself a new laptop that I needed for university, but I realised that I had put in the wrong address and asked for a refund, which I was provided. Then I bought the same product again, and I assume that it will be paid with the refunded money in my paypal wallet, however when I looked at my bank account I saw that I was charged for it again and when I looked at my paypal wallet it was also empty. What do I do ?
