My friend is trying to send me $120 but unable, i also tried requesting payment, one with $120, another with $8. He was able to send the $8 but not the $120.
My account have verified email add but haven't added any bank account yet. Paypal says my account limit is $10,000 but i'm nowhere near that amount.
Why am i not able to receive any more funds? Any help please, and thank you.
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
