Cant get money to my bank account

Hi! Ive recieved a refund from ebay via paypal. And the money are now 'stuck' in paypal. I cant transfer the money back into my account because I havent got an american bank account. Isnt there Really anything I can to? Kind regards Katrin

What country is your PayPal account in? Is that account linked to a bank? 
Ebay will refund to whatever PayPal you have. It’s not bound by a US bank.
