Can’t receive a payment

A lady has tried to send money to me. First it told her I don’t have an account (I do). Then it told her to try again later. I’ve never had this problem.

Check the email address or phone she is sending the payment to and make sure there are no spelling errors or typos.

Have you verified your account and confirmed your email address?
