Can’t claim funds

I’ve received an email saying I’ve been sent a payment, but when I click on the link in the email to claim the funds it takes me to a page saying “we’re sorry, we’re not able to process your request. Please try again later”. There’s no pending payment showing in my account when I log in. How can I access my payment?
