I have had a PayPal account for just over a year to sell two self published books and a DVD. Customers can purchase these products via the shop on our LifeontheDeben.com website and then pay via PayPal (the most usual method) or a payment card via the PayPal facility. This worked fine until 7th November when the Order generated by PayPal stopped generating a customer mailing address which means I am currently having to request this from customers after the order has been generated. Our website provider is adamant that this is a PayPal issue as the customer address comes from PayPal when the order is generated. PayPal suggest it is a problem with the website although we can't see why this should suddenly be so. Can anyone advise?
