In the past when PayPal would notify you of a payment received (from a sale on Ebay) the buyers EMAIL address would appear. PayPal has changed that process by eliminating that feature. It's a shame as many times I would like to contact buyer direct via email. You can go to Ebay and contact regarding the purchase but that's all. It goes THRU Ebay's mail service and does not list buyers email address either. Contacting DIRECT to the buy was a nice feature. Maybe if enough people mention it via PayPay Feedback they will reverse their thinking.
