Balance payment not possible on eBay

I have some money on my balance available but when I try to buy something on eBay (which costs less than my balance) i get this message "Your payment didn't go through. Please check your payment details or select a different payment option". Can anyone help me?

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
