Hello

I am facing this problem since 2-3 weeks.

i have a shopify store, i have completed shopify and paypal integration also but when a customer is checking out from my online store he is being asked for paypal login id and password instead of redirecting to his card payment page.

Please anyone help me with this, it will be very thankful because i am not able to get answers from anyone yet.

Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately, Guest payment checkout(i.e payment via credit/debit) is not applicable for all users. It's important to remember that guest checkout is not guaranteed for every transaction. PayPal runs a risk check to determine eligibility for guest checkout. There will be times when guest checkout is not available.

This is intended behavior of the product. Customer/buyer need to create PayPal account to process the payment.
