payment button not visible

hello friends i have integrated payment button on my website on paypal they gave me code one type style of code is working but other type which have more options  in the button is not working, i have paste the code in the body tag.

This should be an issue with your HTML button code creation, can you please cross check whether you have passed the drop-down values with unique name field. The drop-down values should be unique.

For example:-

<option value="session 1">session 1 $10.00 USD</option>

<option value="session 2">session 2 $15.00 USD</option>
<option value="session 3">session 3 $150.00 USD</option>
