how to upgrade from Pay Pal to Pay Pal PRO???

I've been struggling to set up e-commerce on my website for several weeks. I've had several developers double check everything and they are convinced it is a Pay Pal issue. It might be that I am using a Pay Pal Business account and need to upgrade to Pay Pal PRO but I can't seem to find a link to upgrade. 

Can someone help?

Yes, you can able to upgrade your PayPal account to Pro.

Unfortunately, we don't have account level access to upgrade your account.

I request to please check with PayPal Customer Service via this link (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone). They will be able to assist and help you upgrading your PayPal account to Pro.
