Hello,
I am a freelancer and using PayPal to accept donations from users of my app. I am receiving donations from some users without any issue. But few set of users reported that they were not able to make donations due to the following issue. Can someone help me with the solution of what can I do to solve this issue? My email address and my bank accounts are already verified and I am able to accept multiple international currencies as well from few users.
"We cannot process this transaction because their is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem....."
