I am trying to connect my paypal to a software through " PayPal PayFlow Pro"
I am putting my email where its sais user and paypal password where it sais password.
I think its not the right credentials.
But when I go through the steps described in this article I cannot find the place to do it.

My account does not show "My selling tools" it sais "Seller tools" nothing about API Access there.
Is this possible in my country Brazil?
