I have a ongoing problem with PAY PAL and can't find on the PP web site where to go to resolve my problem. I have an on line mail order business using PP as the preferred payment method. Of late i have only been receiving the top page of the customers order which tells me the amount spent ,address but not what they ordered.

 

I usually contact the customer asking them for the order details but i have had two orders both of which have an incorrect email. WHO ,WHAT WHERE do i go / contact at PP to resolve this problem. I hate it when i have issues with PP they are so difficult to deal with  . I am based in the UK
