Transaction was mark as "Sales" but cannot settle the transaction

Hi everyone,

 

I am having a weird issue, I had pay flow pro setup with my shopping cart. I can see the transaction was being marked as "Sales" but I have no way to find out where the money sit. I don't see them in my PayPal account, and when I try to settle the sales transaction it said I cannot settle it anymore.

 

One thing I found that PayPal keep saying it cannot fetch my PayPal Bank account information. Would that be a problem? And where are the money sitting now as it has been charged customer credit card.
