Subscription payment not being made on the expected date

I am starting to see our subscription payments being made on lagging dates. Does anyone else experience this?

 

I have someone who started a monthly subscription on the 19th of September, and when I see the next payment it is on the 24th of October. I would expect (and this has been the case in the past) to have the next payment be taken on the 19th of October.

 

What's going on? We have business logic implemented on our end to expect the payment on the 19th (with 48 hours worth of lag), has something changed?
