Still not receive fund from online banking transfer as of 8 Apr

Hi,

On Apr 8, follow the "Add Fund to Your Balance" Paypal instructions with Fund Transfer from my online banking, HSBC confirm the completion of the transfer, but the fund does not appear in my Paypal balance; may know the Beneficiary Name "PayPal Hong Kong" in Bank of America account stated there is proper and for my Paypal Personal Account?  Please help to investigate and advise actions.

I also can't withdraw from my account, yet I got balance and no amount is on hold
