I'm working on an esports tournament platform that will combine paid tournaments and charity. So I want to have the organizer pick a percentage to give to prize pools and optionally a charity of their choice and the rest is theirs to keep for hosting. The procedure will work something like this
Registration fee paid

My Platform fee is taken out sent to my merchant account

Giving a percentage to charity? No Yes > Charity % taken out and sent to the charity account as a donation.

Remainder of money left goes to organizer's account for final payout
Not to sure how to tackle the project if PayPal can develop something for me or if this will all need to be broken up inside my website and distributed through PayPal what are your thoughts and suggestions? Also need to setup split payments for a live event ticketing system.
