Some users getting DNS error when getting redirected to payflowlink.paypal.com

We're using the transparent redirect for PayFlow Pro and some of our users are getting the following error message when doing the post after getting the secure token to the transparent redirect URL:
This site can't be reached. payflowlink.paypal.com's server IP address could not be found. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
It is happening in multiple browsers for multiple users, but when I go to process a payment it works fine and others are able to make payments. Any insight would be helpful because this is preventing some of our users from making payments.
