My webmaster is having problems integrating paypal in my website.
I contacted PayPal Merchant Technical Support.
Who answed this:
"Billing Agreements are a function not every merchant can use, on the sandbox, that is of course a different story.
To have the function added to your live account you will need to check in with the customer support team."
I contacted the customer support team who sent me back to technical support 😞
Do you know where I should go?
Do you know if there is a customer service number can call?
