I am searching for a client for a developer, who can set up Paypal Parallel Payments within Paypal Express Checkout in Shopify.

You had me up until Shopify.  Shopify is a hosted solution and is limited to whatever they provide.  It looks like they do have Express Checkout built in, but I don't see any details about Parallel Payments being included as an option.

I also don't see any information about how to build custom plugins / modules for Shopify, so unfortunately I think you're stuck sending this request directly to Shopify and hoping they can get it done for you.  I wouldn't hold my breath, though.

Another option would be to switch to a platform like WordPress / WooCommerce, for example, and then you would not have any such limitations.
