Someone sent me money but it has not arrived it was hrs ago what should I do ?

Firstly double check the email address that she sent the funds to and make sure there was not a mistake ie typo.

Also ask her...........

What does it say next to the transaction in her Paypal account?

1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed / Sent.
4. Pending / Uncleared.

Then come back for more advice.
