I don't understand paypal payments pro availability.
Here (https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/products/paypal-payments-pro/#availability) is written that supported countries are US, UK, and Canada. What does it mean? You have to be US, UK or Canada citizen? Or server, where paypal payments pro will be integrated, must by geographically in one of these countries? What are the restrictions?
We have a paypal pro account, but our server runs in Prague - Czech Republic.
