My Customers complaining about that they cannot purchase my items in the ebay

My customers are getting below error message while purchasing items. Can you please advice?

"We ran into a problem and PayPal isn't available right now. Please select a different payment option"

I request to please refer the guide link to resolve PayPal account limitations.

This should be an issue with your eBay account settings, please contact customer support of eBay who can able to cross check your account setup.
