Yes, using it here in NSW.  But trying to get help can be difficult.

You need to setup a merchant account and I can help you from there.  Only problem is I'm finding it's limitations so figure out exactly what you want it to do, such as irregular payments to affiliates, then you can see if it's the right solution for you.

And that's my issue and why I'm here at the moment - automating commissions to affiliates.
