Live Vault API - Unauthorized payments.

Hi,

As many here, after going live, I have experienced the "Unauthorized payment"  error (in sandbox everything worked fine).

After some research I came across with this post:

It looks like to be a solution to my problem.

That post gives 2 options:

1. Pass "paypal" instead of "credit_card" and you can still process card payments where available, all the card details will be collected on a PayPal page
2. Evaluate, eventually, to upgrade to PRO if your country is Uk, Us or Canada

I´d like to opt for 2nd one, but I don´t know how to upgrade my account to PRO.

Does anyone know how to?

Any information would be appreciate since this is urgent.
