I found the latest Payflow_dotNet at https://github.com/paypal/payflow-gateway/tree/master/dotNET but with no installation instructions. I'm a developer, not a sys admin. Can anyone guide me on how I install (actually upgrade over my existing PayFlow_dotNET) this new one on Windows Server 2012R2?
