Inflexibility Linking my paypal account as one of the method payment

Am trying to link my paypal account as one of the payment method for an apple payments . Unfortunately the msg I got stated that “ Sorry, to use PayPal for preapproved payments to iTunes and App Store, your PayPal and iTunes and App Store accounts must be registered in the same country or region.“ While am having my paypal account for USD & AED.
