Error receives on site using PayPal Pro in WP Woocommerce

Hi,

How does my development team fix this error: 

• 10548-This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.

Error is generated when customer want to make a payment on site. My developer has enabled - PayPal Website Payments Pro (DoDirectPayment) via Woocommerce in Wordpress website - https://lasslad.co.uk.

As an alternative, how can I link Payflow to my account?

Please advise how to resolve issue.
