We use payflow API to make some transactions on Paypal. and Currently we are pointing to sand box end point as follow.
We also verify all login from pwd, partner, vendor, and, user is correct.
We also verify this is not new acct, and not have any common error that paypal post for result error 26.
We also contact our processor - Braintree, but no one there can help at all.
Overall, the API connection is success but it always return alert as follow:
