Hi
now we are getting this error code loosing ton of business.
calling customers they think we are a fraud!
what do I need to change on my end so this won't happen?
if there is no solution than switching to TD bank direct payment.
I understand other codes.
but this is a bit too much.
PayPal won't refund or back any online payment as it is, so even if it is a fraud as the user we are at loss.
so implementing new security and new codes is not really helping online sales.
looking for a solution here!
not interested talking around it, only interested to modify settings so this won't happen!
