Hi, we're using the Gravity Forms PayPal pro extension on our website. We're having issues getting the subscription functionality to work. We get error 1000 whenever we try and put in our card details. Do we need to activate anything within our PayPal account to allow subscriptions from within a website?
For context, it works in Sandbox mode. It also works with another form we have on the site that does regular payments and not subscriptions. It also works with the standards Gravity Forms PayPal plugin where it redirects a user to PP rather than taking the card details on site.
Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks!
