I have been facing this issue with PayPal since almost 5 months now but PayPal seems to be pretty non-repliant and ingnorant about this issue. I have a lot of ticket numbers that I have raised too, but I have not been able to launch my store since a while because of this and it's the only hiccup.
Every time I try to process a test payment, it comes up as unsuccessful. I integrated Paypal on Woocommerce and Paypal both and it doesn't work. No customer agent is able to resolve my problem.
Is there anyone else who can help me understand what can I do here?
