Customer email on Paypal manager

Hello,

I have used payflow pro to make credit card transaction with recurring billing on my site. The recurring profile created successfully on paypal manager but the email fields is not saved properly. "@" character is converted to %40 but I am sure the code on back-end is fine. Is this any issue with papal manager or I can fix that. Please need assistance, thanks
