I got an email to update the expiration date on my card. Trouble is that’s not my card and I can’t find my card on here. This is the most complicated site I’ve ever come across. I’ve sent message after message. I’ve had to decide between content that does not apply. I am forced to just choose something in order to continue. I don’t even know what most of this means. I just want to find MY card and update it.

Cards are in your paypal wallet.

That’s where I went. There was a card there but it wasn’t mine and it’s the only one there.

Then remove the card that is not yours.

Add and confirm yours.

Change your password in case someone accessed your account + security questions to be on the safe side and run a scan on your computer.
