Clients unable to use the paypal link included in the invoice
We are experiencing an issue in which all of a sudden, clients are having to enter our email to send a payment where before they could just click on the link we include in their invoice and pay it. Also I've had complaints that the link didn't give any options for payment. Is there a new version that I can download or something to resolve this issue? Many of our clients are retired persons who aren't computer savvy and I'm concerned about making it as easy as possible which is why we chose to use PayPal to begin with. Any feedback?
