I am a dev trying to setup PayPal Hosted page for web app I am working on. I am at the stage where I need to login to PayPal Manager site.
It tells me to use my Paypal account to login and when I do I get an error message saying "Error: This feature is currently not available for your account. We are working to bring this feature to you soon."
