Hello!
Im from Philippines and my client is in vietnam. In March 23rd my client sent me some money as payment for service rendered. it was too late for me to discover that my local bank card which is link to paypal had already expired and needed to be replaced. Because of this my client decided to cancel the payment. Unfortunately, when she canceled it until now she hasnt received the money back - the money that must also be sent again to me. Please let me know that to do. thank you!
