We expereinced an outage on 8/28/2022 from roughly noon to 8 pm EST. Multiple timeouts (145 to be percise) during this time period. A few random payments got throught, but pretty much a complete blackout during that time. We were pinging their servers during that time with no response from multiple locations across the US.
Anyone else experience this problem during this time period?
